Just a little Christmas fun so far....

We went to the Christmas in Winterville and rode a "choo choo". Seeing his little face light up was worth every second of it!

We have been dong lots of baking together getting ready for Christmas parties! He calls my Kitchen Aid a "mo mo" because everything with a loud motor qualifies for being a "mo mo:)
Some attempts at getting a family picture for our Christmas card. Thanks to our photographer, Aunt Kelly:)

I love this little guy!
Bringing the tree home (notice Will asleep in the backseat? I guess he was not as excited as I was! ha!)

Merry Christmas!

The Iron Bowl

The day after Thanksgiving we went to Auburn to cheer on the Auburn Tigers with my family at the Iron Bowl! We tailgated in the freezing cold before the game but still had so much fun.
A little bribing took place in hopes of getting all 5 cousins to sit still long enough to get a picture. Sweet little Hannah was a trooper sitting in Claires lap. From l to r-Claire(3), Hannah (3 months), Porter (2.5), Cooper (3) and Will (1.5).
This picture of Will and my dad being silly is just too cute for words!
We took Will to the Tiger Walk thinking he would love it. Well, he did but the exhaustion was too overwelming so he laid his head down on Nick's head and passed out! Please note, we were right in the middle of a huge, loud crowd right next to the band:) He was pooped!!!

Thanksgiving with the Brannens

We had a wonderful few days at the Brannens celebrating Thanksgiving! We ate lots of yummy food, relaxed and did a lot of laughing and talking. We took Will to the cabin that Nick and his dad built in their back yard many years ago! Every time I go I am more and more impressed that they built it all by themselves. What an amazing bonding and learning experience!
I hope one day Nick and Will can do something like this together!
Will thought it was so funny to put on his Aunt Kelly's sunglasses!
For Thanksgiving lunch we went to Nick's aunt Nancy's home and enjoyed a delicious meal with lots of extended family. Here is Will and cousin Molly (5 weeks apart) playing a duet together.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are completely blessed with all that the Lord has graciously given us!

A divided family!!

Wow, it has been a while since I have updated the blog! I am sure you have all been sitting on the edge of your seat waiting for the next post...ha! Well, two weeks ago was the biggest game of the year for the Brannen house! UGA v. Auburn! We had a full house of guest representing both teams and we hosted our annual tailgate....
The divided family!

Some of the guys and girls that came by...

We loved having my parents and Nick's family in town! The "papas" were busy following Will wonder around the tailgate all day. It was so nice not to have to worry one second about him. He was well loved and taken care of!
I think I was too tired by the time the game started to remember to get a picture of Nick and I. Oh, well...It was a fun filled weekend even if Georgia did win. War Eagle anyways!

What will it be??

We find out tomorrow if the baby will be a girl or a boy!! I am so excited!! It seemed that with my pregnancy with Will I just knew it was a boy for some reason. Almost everyone guessed it was a boy too and sure enough it was. With this pregnancy I just don't know so it will be a fun surprise tomorrow! What is your guess????? I'll be sure to let you know after my doctors appointment!
