Orange, blue, family, tailgate, Aubie, Chi Omega, lots of my favorite people, Cam Newton, football and yummy food describe last weekend! We went to Auburn to see my family, go to my pledge classes tailgate reunion and take the kids to their first football game and we had loads of fun---except for the freezing cold weather that we were not prepared for.
As you can see Nick has warmed up to the idea of wearing just a tad of navy to the game (we were playing Chattanooga or some ridiculously small team) but it is still a big step for him:) Next weekend we will not be so united. ha!
After meeting Aubie, Will has become a huge fan! He also got a high five from Cam Newton during the tiger walk. Even though he had no idea who it was, I thought it was pretty cool!
Before the game, we tailgated with this wonderful group of ladies that I miss and love so much! It was so fun to see about 15 girls from my pledge class all in one place. Almost all of us had babies within the past year and a couple of us had toddlers too. Wish we would have had more time to visit with them all but it was good just to see them and catch up briefly despite the freezing weather.

After the tailgate we took both kids to their first college football game! They were so exhausted from the busy morning that they both fell asleep as soon as we sat down. But after they woke up from their cat naps they were ready for the action. Molly started clapping for the first time (how appropriate) and danced along with the band in my dads lap. Will loved the "horns" aka the band and enjoyed trying to find Aubie on the field. We stayed until the fourth quarter which I was impressed by.
