Yesterday we celebrated a very special lady's 60th birthday party!
For someone who's parents were told she would not live to celebrate her 1st birthday it made it extra special to be celebrating her 60th. Last year she underwent a kidney transplant and is doing better than ever. We are thankful for her life and the mom, mother-in-law and grammy that she is to our family.
I was shocked that we were able to pull off a surprise but she claimed she had no idea.
The lunch menu was smoked ribs, barbecue, California coleslaw, fruit kabobs, baked beans and cupcakes.
Kelly made some delicious blueberry cupcakes.
Aunt Nancy, Uncle Robert and Molly Clair were wonderful hosts.
Uncle George and Aunt Mitzi came all the way from Savannah.
Afterwards the kids were busy playing house in the cutest playhouse you have ever seen. This is what my dreams were made of as a little girl.
Thankful for all the family that made a huge effect to be at Grammy's birthday celebration.
