When we are in town on the weeekends you will find Nick busy on the ladder replacing our gutters. This job started by some rotting soffets (spelling?). He replaced those and then found that our house needed to be treated for termites so now hopefully the last step will be replacing the gutters. It has been one thing after another but he has been so diligent at fixing our home. We have spent more money and time on a part of the house that I did not even really know existed. But I guess that is the joy of being home owners:)

Amen! Doesn't it feel like every week it is something and if it is not something this week, it will be three somethings in a month! Right now we are replacing a washer/dryer and trying to fix a lawn mower...:)and not have to take it somewhere where we have to pay money. augh!
That's my boy! He's such a handyman; like his dad!!!!! :)
...and then Nick put on a two bedroom addition and a sunroom. Props on the casual clothes!
