First day of 2 year old preschool!

Will went to his first day of 2 year old preschool yesterday and had a great time! He was happy when I left him and happy when I picked him up.

We went to open house on Tuesday so we could meet his teachers and see his classroom. He was a little hesitant when we first walked in but as soon as he saw the toys he was having a ball.

I can't believe how big he looks! He is growing up way too fast! This was the only smile I could catch on camera.

He was so proud to find his name on the outside of his classroom. The little art project they did was a hand print froggy on a lily pad. He was very proud of it and wanted to tell me all about how he made it and how he glued the wiggly eyes. Of course, this proud mommy put it up on the fridge as soon as we got home.

His teachers said he did great and was a super sweet child!! He told me his favorite part was playing with the alligator and playing with his friend Charlotte. When I picked him up he showed me his boo boo on his face from when he fell on the playground. His teachers said he was brave and only cried for a minute.

I am so thankful he enjoyed it! It is always the highlight of my day to see his face light up when I come to pick him him. He ran across the room as fast as he could and gave me a big ole bear hug as he yelled "mommy"! I love being his mommy!

He crashed before we could get out of the parking lot...so I'd say it was a great day overall!
