We have been busy bees around here getting our house ready for our renter.
It's been a family affair including lots of help from Nick's little shadow.
Will has proved to be a big helper! His enthusiasm and zeal to learn everything we are doing is just too cute for words. He wants to be apart of everything and asks a zillion questions to learn everything he can.
We have been painting trim inside and out.
Building a sidewalk with help of handy dandy Pops.
Laying mulch and much more.
Our Saturdays and evenings have not been lazy days. They have been a race to see how many things we can mark off the project list.
In the mean time, I have been collecting boxes galore (thanks to Kroger!) and newspaper to start the packing process.
I have packed one closet with about ten more rooms to go, sigh.
These two kiddos have found that boxes are not only good for packing but much more!

once you are done..you may want to stay :) good thing you only have ten rooms to pack and not 4000 sq feet :)
