In my attempt to catch my blog up let's back up a month and visit our Father's Day.
We celebrated the best daddy and two grandfathers around!
Nick, I could not possibly wish for a better daddy to our children. They adore you!
The way you teach, discipline, provide, love and sacrifice so much for them is a picture of how our heavenly Father loves us. It is not always easy being a parent and we daily fail but I am thankful to go through this crazy journey of parenthood with you.
We have a tradition of making breakfast in bed for special holidays. So I dug up this picture from Father's Day two years ago. It is crazy how time is flying and these kids are growing up way. too. fast. How true is the saying about raising kids that says "the days are long but the years are fast."
The afternoon was spent with Nick's family celebrating the best Pops around. We celebrated the week before with my dad at the lake. I am still waiting for my sister to post pictures because I forgot my camera (hint, hint Mary!!). We are thankful for two grandfathers who are both so involved and love our children to death. We are blessed for sure!

Glad you are back too!!! I keep checking your blogs and so happy to see updates! The kids, as usual, are adorable and them with their Daddy is priceless!
