What a little love bug he is!
He has fit right in with our family and just goes with the flow.
Thank you, Lord, for such a sweet and laid back baby.
Many people have asked how the adjustment has been going from two to three kids. So far, it has not been as big of an adjustment as I anticipated. It's just a little crazier and a little busier:) The first three weeks of his life our family passed around the the stomach bug to four of us (yes, I did end up getting it!), three colds and one case of croup, not to mention recovering from a major surgery. Dealing with that and the lack of sleep has been the hardest part. I could not have made it through all that without so many sweet friends inviting the kids over for play dates, bringing meals, picking up things at the store and calling to check on us. Right now we are all well and I am so grateful for that. Last week we were able to get back to "normal life" and our normal routine with the nugget in tow and it just seemed very natural. It makes me excited about being a mom to these three blessings the Lord has given me.
It also helps getting a smile (or a half a smile) every once in a while from this little sugar bug...
This wrinkled forehead is a signature "Henry" expression.
We can't decide who he looks like. Who do you think he looks like?
Just for the record, we went for his one month check-up today and he weighed 9 pounds 2 ounces.

CJ, I didn't know you ended up getting the stomach virus!!! I am so sorry. Henry is precious. Great pictures. Did you take them? Look forward to catching up soon.
Christina...Hey - I am not sure if you remember me or not...I was a chio, in mary's pledge class...Susan Cox was my maiden name. Congrats on your precious baby and your family is beautiful. I have a random question...I came across a blog from yours...the needham family. I don't know them personally, but I wanted to see if you knew how I could contact them? I wanted to send Susanna a card and didn't know where they lived? I know you can't just type our their address or anything on the web...totally understand that! But if you wouldn't mind emailing me? If you don't have their address that's no problem at all! I just thought I'd try. My email is susanes12@yahoo.com. I hope ya'll are doing well - so glad to come across your blog and see that ya'll are well. Take care and war eagle:-) Susan Smith
