Down by the River

It's hard to beat a summer evening walk down to the little "river" by our house.

Rocks, dirt, sticks, mud, worms, fish, plants and moss and these two kids are in heaven.

Will's favorite thing to do is dig for worms under the rocks and throw them for the fish to eat.  The fish go crazy and so does Will.

Don't think that this prissy little girl doesn't like to get dirty.

She is right in the middle of it all. 

I'm not sure if she like to play in the dirt more or just eat it!

I'm thankful for this tranquil place for the kids to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.
