Sound the Alarm! Will is 3!!
What a celebration we had today at Fire Station #1!!
We were so thankful Aunt Kelly and both sets of grandparents were able to join us from out of town.
Each child had fireman gear waiting on them when they arrived.
The menu was
Flaming Cheetos
Fire hose Twizzlers
"Grape" Balls of fire
Fireman Treats
After the snack we enjoyed some fireman treats.
I think the birthday boy felt pretty special!
Cupcakes anyone?
Molly Jane got snuggled up in some loving arms and crashed.
After the cupcakes were devoured...
....we took a firehouse tour let by fireman Mike.
The fireman staged a "call" so the kids could hear the sirens, alarms and buzzers. No one cried but their were some intense looks on the children's faces--including Will's.
One of the fireman demonstrated how he could put on his entire uniform in less than 60 seconds---very impressive!
After seeing the fire trucks, jaws of life and the uniform we toured the sleeping quarters and got to see the rows and rows of beds.
They were really wanting to jump on the beds...
It will be a birthday we will never forget!

cute cute cute party christina!! i know will and all his little friends had a blast! i'm impressed. :)
What a great idea! I didn't know that fire stations would do that. I bet the kids had a blast!
