Big boy room

I walked into Will's room the other day and realized it is has slowly progressed from a nursery into a big boy room. This is what it looked like when he was born and below is now.

With a small house and so many toys and "kid stuff" I feel like I am always rearranging and trying to declutter. Here are a few things that have helped us stay organized. Would love to know some of your toy room/kid room organizational tips.

• I bought the red and blue tubs at Target for all the random shaped toys like helmets, costumes, balls, stuffed animals etc. The tubs are placed at the end of his bed.
• School artwork is hanging by red gingham ribbon above toy shelf.

• Book shelf and lamp were moved next to bed for bedtime stories.

• Pottery Barn baskets on toy shelf have legos, trucks, and cars organized in them.

• Coloring table (Pops made) and chairs (from Target) are used for puzzles, coloring, snacks etc.
